Reasons
Punishment of the crime
While operating the cell phone sales store of the trade name “E” in Gwangju-gu, the Defendant purchased a cell phone from a person who runs an agency of the said Twitcom Co., Ltd. using his/her name by stealing his/her personal information with the knowledge of the personal information of T which is related to the money in Gwangju-gu, and sentenced him/her to sell it again as a valuable product.
1.
