A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the member of the homeland reserve forces belonging to the Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si.

1. On November 8, 2012, the Defendant received directly a notice of convening a homeland reserve force training in the name of the 12 manager group in the name of the 301 manager group of the Army, which was conducted at the home of the Defendant in Yongsan-gu C and the 1st floor in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoyang-si on November 20, 2012 at the training site for the Japanese reserve forces located in the Yongsan-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si on November 20, 2012.

However, the defendant did not receive the above training without justifiable grounds.

2. On February 12, 2013, the Defendant received directly a notice of call-up of homeland reserve forces training in the name of the 301st management unit commander of the 301st management unit of the Army, which was conducted at the home of the Defendant on March 7, 2013, at the training site for the Japanese reserve forces located in the Yongsan-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si, and caused the second supplementary training.

However, the defendant did not receive the above training without justifiable grounds.
