A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the homeland reserve belonging to a bank.

1. The Defendant, around November 10, 2013, at the Defendant’s house located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City B apartment 103 Dong 903 Dong, Sungnam-gu, and at the Sungnam Reserve Forces training site on November 29, 2013, the Defendant did not undergo the said training without justifiable grounds even after he received a notice of call-up in the name of the third unit commander of the Army 3879 unit in the name of the 3rd unit commander of the Army 3879 unit. On February 20, 2014, “The Defendant, on March 18, 2014, received the notice of call-up in the name of the 3rd unit commander of the Army and did not receive the second unit training in the name of the 3879 unit commander of the Republic of Korea and received the second unit training in the name of the 3rd unit commander of the Korean Army on March 18, 2014.”

4. On February 20, 2014, the Defendant received a notice of a call-up for training in the name of the third unit commander of the 3879 military unit, which caused supplementary training conducted at the above Defendant’s house during the period from March 19, 2014 to March 21, 2014, and did not undergo the said training without good cause.

5. From February 28, 2014, the Defendant received a notice of a call-up for training in the name of the third unit commander of the 3879 military unit, which caused supplementary training conducted at the above Defendant’s house to March 25, 2014 through March 28, 2014, and did not undergo the said training without justifiable grounds.

6. "Around November 7, 2013, the defendant of the 2014 Highest 1560", conducted from the above defendant's house to the Sungnam Reserve Forces training site from November 25, 2013 to November 28, 2013.
