A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana, and no person other than a person handling narcotics may cultivate marijuana or trade psychotropic drugs, and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Sale and purchase of MDMA (i.e., a single X-gu, hereinafter referred to as " X-gu");

A. On September 18, 2013, around 18:00, the Defendant sold to E a psychotropic drug at the Defendant’s X-ray car located in front of the gas station located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at KRW 100,000, an psychotropic drug at KRW 100,000;

B. At around 02:00 on the 12th day of the same month, the Defendant sold to E psychotropic drugs at KRW 10,000,000 in the H car located in front of the gas station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, for the purpose of selling psychotropic drugs at KRW 10,000.

2. Trade, smoking, or cultivation of marijuana;

A. On August 1, 2013, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 1g of hemp to E at the front line of “JJ” located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, for about 00,000, on the first half of August 2013;

B. At around 23:00 in the middle of the same month, the Defendant smoked with E and M hemps in a way that, at around 23:00 in the residence of M, at 1.5 liter of Dobong-gu Seoul, K and 104 Dong 916 (L apartment), water 1.5 liters in aquatic disease, sticks fast at the middle part of the aquatic disease, then promptly put the hemp in a string, with a string of the aquatic disease by attaching the string to a string with the string part of the aquatic disease;

C. D. At the end of the same month, the Defendant made two marijuana as peties in the Defendant’s residence located in T, Dobong-gu Seoul, 104 Dong 916 (L apartment), and in the M’s residence located in G, Dobong-gu Seoul, 104 Dong 916 (L apartment).
