Defendant

On October 16, 2013, A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months and 2 years of suspended execution for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. in the Incheon District Court's Branch Branch on October 16, 2013, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on October 24, 2013.

Even if the Defendants were not a person handling narcotics, they purchased a penphone from the sales of the psychotropic drugs, and conspired to administer psychotropic drugs by dividing them into two parts, after searching the clock, hump, hump, hump, hump, etc., which read psychotropic drugs (i.e., a single philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philophone”).

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On April 6, 2013, at around 01:24, Defendant A sent 2 million won of the purchase price of philopon to an account known by the said person by communicating with the sales of philopon as above, and at around 22:15 on the same day, Defendant A received one gram of philopon, which was concealed in the bottom of the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Scopon.

A around April 6, 2013, around 23:30 on April 6, 2013, delivered 0.5g of the 1g of the penphones received as above in the Defendant’s vehicle located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Office Office Office Office Officetel, and delivered 0.5g to Defendant B.

As a result, the Defendants jointly purchased one gram of philophone from the needy.

B. On April 26, 2013, at around 12:12, 2013, Defendant A remitted the purchase price of KRW 900,000 to the sales store of the above phiphones, and at around 13:20 on the same day, Defendant A received one gram of the phiphone, which was concealed on the right side of the male toilet for the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

A around 17:00 on April 26, 2013, around 17:00, delivered to Defendant B 0.5g of the 1g of the penphones received as above in the Defendant’s vehicle located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Office Office Office Officetel.

As a result, the Defendants jointly purchased one gram of philophone from the needy.
