Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date of the final judgment of this case, the Defendants are above.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants shall not sell, sell, or administer psychotropic drugs, so that they are not authorized to handle narcotics, and shall not engage in any act of selling, selling, or administering crophones (the called 'copon'; hereinafter referred to as "copon").

1. Defendants

A. On February 21, 2018, the Defendants, in collusion with C, D, and E, remitted the purchase price of 70,000,000 won of philop to the company bank account in the name of the F that was designated by the winners of the above-mentioned names in advance, and purchased philopon from around February 21, 2018 to bring about about 1g of philopon located on the lower part of the building near the H Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G at around February 21, 2018.

(2) At around 22:50 on February 21, 2018, the Defendants conspired with C, D, and E, put 0.05g of philophones purchased as referred to in the preceding paragraph into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and medication for the arms.

B. On March 14, 2018, the Defendants conspired with C to remit the purchase price of KRW 500,000 to the company bank account in the name of the F that was designated by the person who was not entitled to receive the said name, and purchased the phiphone in a manner that would bring about approximately 0.5g of the phiphone, which is set up on the lower part of the H station near the building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from March 14, 2018.

(2) At around 23:40 on March 14, 2018, the Defendants conspired with C in collusion with C, put 0.05g of the phiphonephones purchased as referred to in the preceding paragraph in the K Building L of Yongsan-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection with the arms.

2. Defendant B

A. (1) Defendant B, in collusion with C and D, remitted the purchase price of KRW 600,000,000 from the bank account in the name of the F Company under the name of the person who was designated by the person who was unable to receive the said name, to the company bank account designated in advance by the person who was not entitled to receive the said name, and around 20:55 on February 7, 2018, Defendant B brought about approximately 0.5g of the phiphones located adjacent to the H station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.
