Defendant
A On September 26, 2012, after having been sentenced to two years of suspension of execution for one year in the Changwon District Court's Msan Branch's imprisonment, the judgment was finalized on October 5, 2012.
1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B
A. The Defendants established I Co., Ltd for the purpose of real estate development business, tourist accommodation business, etc., under the pretext of creating profits by building a tourist hotel, and attempted to receive money from victims H for the purpose of investing in the said tourist hotel development business by approaching the victim H who was aware of as members of JC (International Juvenile Conference) and receiving money for the said tourist hotel development business.
From March 2013, at the office of a certified judicial scrivener located in the Gyeongnam-nam Branch, the Defendants made a false statement that Defendant A would pay 300,000 won interest to the part of the development site within six months if the Defendants borrowed 200,000 won as the funds are insufficient to purchase the land for the land for the land for the land for the land for the Namnam Highway, such as Gyeongnam L, and then, Defendant B signed it as the representative director of the IB as a guarantor.

The above I Co., Ltd. did not have any funds necessary for the promotion of the above I Co., Ltd., and at the time N Co., Ltd did not have any plans concerning the establishment of a tourist hotel for the above site or the change of the use of a commercial area for the building of a tourist hotel. The above I Co., Ltd did not have any specific plan for purchasing the old M land from N Co., Ltd., and only the above I Co., Ltd did not use the land
