Punishment of the crime

In order to implement a tourist hotel development project, the Defendant purchased the land purchased under the name of his family from the Defendant for the purpose of carrying out the tourist hotel development project with a bank loan of KRW 70,00 (3.5 billion), and there was no basic asset for his business, and there was no continuous income and the amount borrowed from the victim was thought to be used in the interest repayment, bond repayment, living expenses, etc., and there was no intention or ability to implement the tourist development project.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was transferred from the victim to the national bank account of a corporation I established by the Defendant on December 14, 2007, and was transferred from that time to November 4, 2010 as shown in the list of crimes.
