Defendant
A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, the two years each from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 11:43 on August 28, 2017, at E classrooms located in Young-si D; and (b) at the victim F (7 years old) level, the Defendant sent back the Victim’s arms and grandchildren.
The defendant, including this, from around that time, is the same year.
9. Between August 1, 200, the victims were sent to the victims in the same way in total 20 times in the class above E, such as the list of offenses (1) in attached Form E.
Accordingly, the defendant committed physical abuse that may harm the victims' body or harm their physical health and development.
2. On September 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 13:35, around September 1, 2017, at the above E class, Defendant B’s private individual did not focus on the Victim G (8 years) in this class; and (b) once, Defendant B’s losses were incurred.
The defendant, including this, has the same effect.
8. From 29. to the same year.
9. During the period of July, the victims were exposed to several times in the same way in the class of the E in total seven times, such as the list of crimes (2) of the attached crimes.
As a result, the defendant committed physical abuse that may harm the victims' body or harm their physical health and development, and committed emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of children.
