Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants, as co-defendants, posted a false statement that Defendant A sold goods on the Internet “open Space” website, and contacted with many unspecified victims, and Defendant B provided a national bank account in his name (Account H) and cellular phone, and conspired to use money in installments from the victims for the purpose of selling goods.
