[Criminal facts]

1. On April 6, 2016, Defendant 2559, at the Defendant’s house located in Kuri-si C and 101, posted a notice on the Defendant’s shop located in Kuri-si, Sin-si, 101, on the Internet, “D” in the name of “B”, which is an app for trading of used goods at the Internet, and sold Nompt E to the victim who reported and contacted the notice.

A false statement was made.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell Nowon-gu.

As such, the Defendant received KRW 253,00 from the injured party under the name of the Defendant for the purchase of the goods from the Agricultural Cooperative account (Account Number:F) and posted a letter on the said method to sell Samsung Nowon-gu and gallon No. 5 in the said method, thereby purchasing the goods.

It received 2,971,00 won from the victims who have contacted to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the above defendant over 10 times, such as the attached list of crimes (1).

2. On January 1, 2017, Defendant 2017, Defendant 1748, posted a letter at the Defendant’s home located in Gugri-ri-si, stating that he would sell minging Nowon-gu’s North Korea on the Internet site, and the “J” as stated in the written indictment for the victim G, which reported and contacted the above notice, appears to be a clerical error.

If a person pays 293,00 won as the price for goods, he/she will deliver the above Nowon-gu.

“A false statement” was made.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell the above North Korea to the victim.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired 293,000 won from the national bank account (Account Number: I) in the name of the suspect as the price for the goods on the same day from the victim.
