1. On April 7, 2018, the Defendant acquired the E- Card lost in the process of settling the e-mail value of the victim D at the C main points located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and third floors, around April 7, 2018.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property that he/she had on his/her own mind and has left possession.

On April 7, 2018, the Defendant, who violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act, presented as if he purchased tobacco, etc. at the “G convenience store” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and presented D’s E- card obtained as above, as if he had used it.

The Defendant had the victim H pay KRW 93,500 with the above credit card, which is the cause of this, and used the above credit card three times in total as indicated in the following crime list, including the receipt of 2 cigarette and sules.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victims, received property and used lost credit cards.
