Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:00 on July 6, 2013, the Defendant acquired one copy of the C Hospital Master Credit Card, the victim D lost at the front of the C Hospital located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On July 6, 2013, at around 04:17, the Defendant: (a) provided that the Defendant would purchase goods from the victim at the “F convenience store”; (b) provided D’s credit card acquired and issued to the victim; and (c) signed and issued the sales slip on the signature column; and (d) received the lost credit card from the victim, i.e., delivery of goods worth KRW 4,800 at the market price.

B. At around 04:30 of the above day, the Defendant: (a) boarded a taxi operated by the victim’s nameless winners in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Military Station and operated it to the Seoul Military Station; (b) paid 7,000 won of taxi fares by credit card using the above method; and (c) used the lost credit card and acquired the pecuniary profit equivalent to the same amount.

C. At around 05:13 of the foregoing day, the Defendant purchased ham, etc. from the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “H,” and used a credit card lost by settling the purchase price with a credit card, such as ham, etc., and received a ham, etc. from the victim, which is equivalent to 4,800 won at the market price.

At around 05:30 of the above day, the Defendant purchased tobacco, etc. from the “J convenience store” in the operation of the I Victim’s Name Disfortunate, and used a lost credit card by settling the purchase price of tobacco, etc. with the above method, and was issued by the victim the tobacco, etc. at the market price of KRW 10,390.
