Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, as to the Defendants, it is for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a driver of C dump truck, and Defendant B is a driver of D dump truck.

The Defendants, on the dump truck of Defendant A’s driving, are purchasing an automobile insurance policy of the victim Samsung Fire Maritime Insurance Co., Ltd., by intentionally inducing a traffic accident involving Defendant B’s above vehicle from the dump road to the Defendant’s above vehicle on the dump road, thereby taking the victim into account the nominal insurance money such as repair cost.

On June 14, 2012, at around 08:47, the Defendants: (a) parked the said C vehicle on the road side, while driving the said vehicle on the c vehicle on the c motor vehicle on the c motor vehicle on the c motor vehicle in the direction of the d motor vehicle on June 14, 2012; (b) Defendant B parked the said vehicle on the c motor vehicle at approximately 10 meters later from the said vehicle; and (c) Defendant A removed the c motor vehicle from the c motor vehicle in the middle of the vehicle, caused the vehicle to be removed from the c motor vehicle on the back of the c motor vehicle, and then received the insurance insurance from the victim as if the negligent traffic accident occurred during operation.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to deception the victim as above and acquired the insurance money of KRW 29,708,50 from the victim for the purpose of vehicle repair expenses and treatment expenses.
