A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, because the driver of a vehicle is legally punished when he/she received pedestrians in violation of the crosswalk signal, he/she intentionally abused the fact that he/she is not well aware of the accident report to the police and caused the traffic accident to obtain insurance money from the insurance company.

In addition, from around that time to November 21, 2012, the Defendant pretended a traffic accident by the same method as the entries in the annexed crime list, and acquired the total sum of KRW 3,064,020 from the victims who are insurance companies three times, and attempted to commit a single crime.
