Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:00 on June 18, 2013, the Defendant and C did not board the passenger car parked in the above location at the time of the occurrence of a traffic accident in front of the Central High-Speed Parking Lot in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu, Daegu, with the intent to claim the insurance money with a flag that D is under the influence of alcohol.

On June 18, 2013, around 17:15, the Defendant requested the victim Samsung Fire Compensation E to compensate for damages and submitted a medical certificate.

In addition, around 15:56 on June 25, 2013, C demanded the F of Samsung Fire Compensation Employee F to compensate for damages through the above methods and submitted a medical certificate.

However, the defendant and C did not have been injured due to the above traffic accident because they did not board the automobile at the time when D received the low-priced automobiles.

The Defendant and C, as seen above, had the employees in charge of the victim company pay KRW 2,022,910 in total from July 17, 2013 to October 15, 2013 the Defendant paid KRW 2,022,910 in the name of the Defendant’s medical expenses and examination fees for the Defendant. From July 17, 2013 to September 10, 2013, the Defendant and C paid KRW 4,498,580 in total to G G Gtype foreign affairs and H members and H members from July 17, 2013 to October 10, 2013.

In this respect, the defendant and C acquired property benefits by deceiving the victim in collusion.
