A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant imported the psychotropic drugs-related Metephacule (hereinafter “culphopon”) at least four times as follows.

1. On December 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) sought inquiry from a person who was unable to use a narcotic drug sales name, residing in China, which was known through the search of an Internet evasion site (hereinafter “Gugle”); and (b) the person whose name was omitted was asked the Defendant to send a sampling of a phiphone once around that time.

On December 2, 2012, the Defendant received parcels containing approximately two-time medications from the Defendant’s office located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si C, by international mail.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately two-time medications from China to China.

2. Around December 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) requested a person with no name to purchase a penphone on or around December 24, 2012; (b) transferred KRW 300,000 from the National Bank Account (Account Number: D) in the name of the Defendant to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number:F) in the name of E designated by the said person with no name.

around that time, the Defendant received parcels with approximately five-time medications, sent out through international mail, in front of the Bupyeong-gu G Building in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-si, the Defendant received via Kwikset Service Articles.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately five-time medications from China to China.

3. Around January 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested the Defendant to purchase phiphones from the above nameless person; and (b) transferred KRW 600,000 from the above national bank account in the name of the Defendant to the above agricultural bank account in the name of E from the above national bank account in the name of the Defendant.

around that time, the Defendant received parcels containing approximately four-time medications of philophonephones sent out by international mail before the above Gwikseter through Kwikset service articles.
