A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2020, a call center employee of Bosing Organization, misrepresented the above victim by telephone at a non-place on or around April 7, 202, and, “The Financial Supervisory Service does not proceed with the loan examination”, “The Financial Supervisory Service has a loan of KRW 145 million to an enterprise bank due to the outstanding loan amounting to KRW 15 million from the enterprise bank, and the loan does not proceed with the business bank”, and “The Financial Supervisory Service, through its employees, will allow a loan of KRW 45 million from the existing loan amount,” and the Defendant, at around 14:13 of the same day, at the front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H lending route, at around 14:13 of the same day in accordance with the direction of the person who was in total responsible for the name default, the victim was the victim, or the victim was in possession of the output by transmitting it in the file from the above person’s name default.
