A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant against the victim B: (a) as a member of the telephone financing fraud (hereinafter “scam”) organization; and (b) the name influor of the “total liability” means that the Defendant must repay the existing loan to an unspecified person to implement the loan by inducing the victim to use a false loan advertisement by employing the database; (c) obtained money as a repayment for the loan; and (d) instructed the victim to withdraw the criminal proceeds after receiving instructions from the total book; (b) the name influor of the “consction” did not indicate the victims or the employees of financial institutions to call for the cash collection books to transfer money to a separate account by receiving money as a repayment for the loan; and (c) the name influor of the “inscam” used the role of demanding the payment of the existing loan under the pretext of the loan by falsely expressing the person in charge of the loan business of the financial institution to the unspecified persons in need of the preceding order, and (d) demanding the Defendant to do so by presenting the name in the above contact with the victim or the employees of the above contact with the financial institution in order.

In accordance with the above public offering, the person in charge of the name in charge of the inducement plan assumes the victim B by telephoneing the victim B at a non-place on March 9, 2020 and misrepresenting the victim B with "a high-interest loan can be made if the existing loan is repaid."
