Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall provide information on the distribution or use of a game product different from the content of the rating, or display or store such product for such purpose.

Game products consisting of three channels, such as “radar”, “radar spackers”, and “radar spacks” are game products consisting of three channels, such as “Badar”, “madar”, “madar”, and “compacks”, and there is no “madar” function that shoots all of the game money, and a rating classification is given so that game money can not be charged except for free charging method.

Nevertheless, from February 20, 2020 to June 11, 2020, the Defendant added a channel other than the “Batha”, “Mahy,” “Mahy,” and “com,” to many unspecified customers in the “CPC game in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu.” The Defendant provided customers with game money in such a way as to make some of the said channels connected to the said “ophy” channel, and to make them use the “ophya”, “rash spah”, and “rashing with ras.”

As a result, the defendant provided game water different from the contents of the rating.
