Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act;

(a) Any person who intends to conduct business of providing Internet computer game facilities shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu after installing facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports
