A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who works for daily work, and on July 2019, the front number plate of his own BKaren vehicle was seized from the Hasan-si on July 2019 due to the unpaid automobile tax, and the Defendant attempted to cut off the registration license plate of another vehicle and attach it to his own vehicle.

1. A thief: (a) around 15:00 on August 19, 2019, the Defendant discovered a number plate in front of the F vehicle E owned by the victim, which was located near the front 25,000 won of the market price of the victim E owned by the victim, located near the front 25,000 won; and (b) caused theft by a cre in front of the surrounding surveillance.

2. Around 10:00 on August 20, 2019, the Defendant unlawfully used the F vehicle registration number plate, which was stolen as set forth in the foregoing paragraph 1, attached the front registration number plate of the F vehicle owned by the Defendant to the front of the Defendant’s car rental car.

3. On August 20, 2019, around 13:13:13, the Defendant used the Defendant’s car rental car at the street in front of the Hasan-si Hasan-si, where the F registration number plate, which was an illegally used air, was attached, as indicated in the foregoing 2., operated approximately 30 km from the daily source in the Hasan-si.

The Defendant was a person who works for daily work, and when his front number plate was seized from the Hasan-si on July 2019 due to the arrears of automobile tax, the Defendant was thought to use the number plate by creating a number plate.

1. On September 17, 2019, the Defendant forged an air stamper registration number plate for the purpose of utteringing “B” in front of the Defendant’s house located in “Yasan City I” in “B” in a stude of the Defendant’s house, and then printing a white paint on the metal page, and attaching it to the Defendant’s license plate number plate.

2. The Defendant of a forged air defense event is a member of the following day from September 12, 2019 to September 14, 2019, and Paragraph 1.
