A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. At around 2:00 on November 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) removed the victim’s KS7 car in front of Pyeongtaek-si, which was parked on the front day of Pyeongtaek-si; (b) and (c) removed the racker using a racker in advance.
B. At around 3:30 on April 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) cut off the Victim F from the front of the Gone Star vehicle that was parked in the public sewage treatment plant parking lot located in Seocho-si 1-ro 55-2; (b) and (c) removed the Gone Star vehicle using the number plate in advance.
C. On April 30, 2016, around 4:11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by linking the victim J with the towing part installed on the back portion of the siren vehicles owned by the Defendant, which is located in Seosan City, in the front of “I” located in Seosan City H; (b) “I”, at the victim J, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 4,310,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.
2. Illegal use of air defense;
A. On November 1, 2014, at around 2:10, the Defendant unlawfully used a motor vehicle registration number plate, which is the air, by attaching the number plate of the K7 vehicle, which was stolen, such as paragraph 1(a), before and after the Defendant’s siren vehicle, at a location near Pyeongtaek-si C.
B. 3. Unlawful events for the protection of air;
