1. The Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years.

2. Defendant B shall take money KRW 10,000,000 by deceit to the applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On October 21, 2009, A was sentenced to 11 months of imprisonment for fraud, which was sentenced to 8 months in prison at the Gwangju District Court, and 3 times of punishment for the crime of forging securities. On April 25, 2012, Defendant B was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment for the crime of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) at the Busan High Court on April 25, 2012, and was released on December 24, 2012 and passed on May 1, 2013 during the execution of the sentence.

1. On October 2013, Defendant A, etc.: (a) drafted a provisional proposal on a paper to forge a document under the name of the Korean Mar Society for the purpose of uttering in the Defendant’s residence located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si without authority; and (b) written the title “public announcement of the receipt of buildings desired to rent a building to be used as a place outside the Korean Mar Society,” using a computer through a document preparation company for the purpose of forging a document in the name of the Defendant’s residence; (c) stated the purport of recruiting a person to rent a building to be used as a place outside the Korean Mar Society, 1, 2013; (d) stated the title “the Korean Mar Society, 1, 2013” on the end of the horse; and (e) stated the purport of Defendant A’s continuous implementation of the installation work of the Korean Mar Society, 2014, stating “the official seal of the Korean Mar Society, 2014,” and affixed the official seal of the Korean Marshall 1, 2014.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, issued a public notice on May 1, 201 of the name of the Korean Mar Society, which is a private document on rights and obligations, to receive a desired building for the lease of a sales office outside Korea, on February 4, 2014, and the sales office outside Korea on April 1, 2014.
