A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

C is a business owner who operates a game hall with the trade name "E" on the D branch of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and the defendant is a business owner who is a business owner in the name of the above game hall with the condition that C, if he lends his name as the business owner of the above game hall and controls it, he is a "the president of the branch" under the name of the business owner who consented to receive KRW 1.

1. Aid in violation of the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry;

A. From May 10, 2014 to October 28 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) registered the Defendant in the name of the office of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with 701-1, with the purpose of enabling C to use more than 40 games; and (b) operated a game regardless of the pressing manipulation of the user of the game products; and (c) 2 outside storage devices (USB) in which the opened and altered program was stored to increase the running speed of the game; and (d) assisted the Defendant to commit the act of offsetting the game industry by inserting the said game products into the main body of each game product; and (e) aiding and abetting C to commit the act of offsetting the game industry by facilitating the act of offsetting the game industry, which is the head of the above game business.

B. From November 14, 2014 to December 3, 2012 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) provided 40 games of “C” type No. 3, which were classified as a water rating member in the instant E Game Chapter in the said E Game Chapter; and (b) provided more game expenses from customers; and (c) provided them with two external storage devices (USB) in which the conditions of the game item are changed and the implementation program modified with the aim of enhancing the speed of the game’s progress is inserted into the main body of the said game machine to assist them in carrying out the said game product and providing it for customers’ use; and (d) around November 4, 2014, in order to assist them in carrying out the illegal game facility business by inserting it into the main body of each game machine.
