Punishment of the crime
【Defendant B, on February 13, 2017, sentenced Defendant B to a suspended sentence of eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for assault, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court on August 13, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 21, 2017.
[Criminal Facts]
1.
