1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 4, 2015, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) stated that C, who is a workplace club in the Geum-dong, Geum-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, was one of its own members; (b) requested B to be reissued with a credit card in the name of C; and (c) made B, who is aware of the illegal use of the name, to a customer center in Samsung-gu, Samsung-gu, the same day, and confirmed the personal information of the applicant through the name and resident registration number of Samsung-gu, and used C’s resident registration number as C, thereby denying C’s resident registration number.

2. The Defendant, in the same manner as described in paragraph 1, deceivings the Victim Samsung Card (owner), received the credit card in the name of C from the injured party on December 8, 2015, from the Defendant’s house located in Busan Shipping Daegu D, and obtained a total amount of KRW 6,390,100,000 in property interest as stated in the attached Table by the same method over 156 times until March 12, 2016, when the Defendant saw the Defendant as the lawful holder of the said credit card at the Fju point located in Busan East-gu, Busan, Busan, as if he were the lawful holder of the said credit card, around December 9, 2015.
