Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who had been in high school-friendly with B, was living together with B and B from December 2005 to April 2006 in Busan Shipping Daegu C 102, and had been aware of B's resident registration number, with his own name, opened the Internet and telephone in his name.

1.
