Punishment of the crime

1. On December 9, 2015, Defendant A: (a) around December 22:15, 2015, at the main point of “E” operated by the victim D (W, 41 years of age) located in Busan FY C; (b) without any reason, Defendant A expressed a bath to the front of F outside of the Republic of Korea as “sprinking”; (c) sent the front table to another place.
