A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On August 1, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor by obstructing business operations at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 20, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On March 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00, at the instant restaurant operated by the victim C in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) took a bath by drinking with customers on the side tables; (c) booming the table table by hand; (d) obstructed the victim C’s restaurant business for about 10 minutes by force.

B. The Defendant, at around 00:37 January 17, 2017, under the influence of alcohol at a main point operated by the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government D Victim E, refers to “a person doing so” and “a person doing so” to the victim’s request for calculation and correction.

“The victim’s business was interfered with by force, such as: (a) the police officer, who was called for a disturbance of sound, boomed with the desire and height of the police officer; and (b) leaving approximately 30 minutes of the pedagogs; and (c) leaving the customer.

around 05:00 on April 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) expressed that, while being drunk in the breath of the operation of the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government F Victim G, the Defendant had expressed the desire to “Seman’s booms” to the customers who were under the influence of alcohol, and (b) caused the Defendant to interfere with the business of the victim for about 40 minutes by force.

On April 23, 2017, around 13:30 on April 23, 2017, the Defendant changed alcoholic beverages in a restaurant operated by the victim I in the Seo-gu Incheon H market, Seo-gu, Incheon, but “the match is too withdrawn” from the victim, “I do not drink the victim.”

“Around 30 minutes interfered with the business of the victim by force, such as throwing a dispute containing a chickens into the floor at the front of the restaurant, and throwing it down to the floor, etc.

2. The Defendant was trying to leave the place after putting a pedal at the same date, time, and place as the entry in paragraph 1.
