All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the grounds of appeal by Defendant A in light of the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below and the first instance court, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of all the charges of this case (excluding the part not guilty in the grounds of appeal) on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and there is no violation of law of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence.

2. According to the record as to Defendant B’s appeal, the Defendant did not submit the appellate brief within the statutory period (the appellate brief submitted by the Defendant was received at this court on June 24, 2014, which was after the statutory period expired), and there was no indication of the grounds in the petition of appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
