Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2, 2012, the Defendant is the actual operator of D Co., Ltd. established for the purpose of manufacturing and delivering urban village in Ulsan-gu C, which was designated as a social enterprise by the Ulsan Metropolitan City Mayor on March 2, 2012.

No person shall receive subsidies by fraud or other improper means and acquire them by fraud or other improper means.

1. On February 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) prepared an application for subsidies for job creation projects in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-ro, Seoul-ro, Seoul-ro, 233; (b) applied for subsidies to E (V) on January 15, 2014; and (c) submitted the application for subsidies to E (V, 58 years old) from January 16 to January 31, 2014; and (d) submitted the application details for subsidies to each participant; (c) the list of workers; (d) the working conditions of participants in job creation; (e) the attendance card in January 2014; and (e) the number of members who falsely prepared the work record in January 16 and 2014; and (e) submitted the application form to the public official in charge of the payment of subsidies to the public official in charge of the payment of the subsidies to the public official in charge of the payment of the subsidies to the public official in charge of the government.

2. On May 2, 2014, the Defendant committed an illegal receipt of subsidies to H and I submitted to the public official F, who prepared and attached a false work status book and work attendance card to the public official F, who is believed to be true, even though the general participant H, who is a person eligible for subsidies for job creation support, takes the job creation support as a food supply and urban delivery engineer of the above company, at the same time, the general participant H, who is a person eligible for subsidies for job creation support, as a job creation support, as the above company’s food supply and delivery engineer, at the same time, is not the above company’s work. However, the Defendant submitted a false work status book and work card to the public official F, who is believed to be true from Ulsan-gu office on May 9, 2014, as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1).
