The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operates a C Agricultural Partnership Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “C”) designated as a social enterprise.
The job creation project for the "social enterprises" was originally supervised by the Ministry of Labor, but the project supervision was transferred to the local government from around 2011 to the local government.
