Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A The representative director of corporation B in Daegu-gu D, and Defendant B was certified on June 20, 2012 by the office of the Nam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, as the "participating enterprise for the creation of social jobs", and was for the purpose of selling petroleum products and petrochemicals after the contract was terminated on March 13, 2014.

In accordance with the implementation guidelines for projects for supporting social enterprises and guidelines for implementing projects for creating jobs for social enterprises, participating workers shall not be dispatched to any place of business other than the participating enterprises' places of business.

1. The Defendant continued to engage in the “(preliminary) job creation project” entered into with the office of Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, from June 19, 2012 to March 12, 2014, Defendant A sent workers E participating in the business to G located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, a non-designated place of business, and had them engage in the duties of oiling, tea, oil delivery, etc., after falsely preparing a work book and receiving subsidies from the company B located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, a designated place of business, from January 5, 2013 to receive subsidies, etc.

5. From around September 19, a total of KRW 4,234,032 of subsidies was illegally received by filing a false application or unlawful means in total 84 times, as shown in the annexed list of crimes.

2. Defendant B, at the date, time, and place under paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant, a representative director of the Defendant, illegally received subsidies of KRW 4,234,032 in total by filing a false application or unlawful means as above in relation to the Defendant’s business.
