A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor due to special obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on April 12, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Performance of official duties, insult in C;

A. On April 23, 2013, at around 10:30 on April 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested an interview with the head of the Social Welfare Department E; (b) was asked from the Social Welfare Department F, and the police assigned for special guard, and (c) expressed the attitude that the Defendant exceeded the body of his/her body, displayed his/her leg, and threatened him/her with an injury.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties related to F and G civil petition handling affairs.

B. On April 25, 2013, the Defendant, at around 09:00 on April 25, 2013, threatened the Defendant with obstruction of performance of official performance of official duties by stating, “F, as he/she will bring about drinking,” as he/she will go to go to the said F.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning F's civil petition handling affairs.

C. On May 3, 2013, the Defendant, on May 3, 2013, told the victim F to refuse the demand of the victim to provide an abandoned house, container stuff, start-up fund, and start-up fund from around 11:25, 2013, on the ground that there are 30 persons, such as employees H, etc. at C social welfare department and office, and the victim F said that the victim F would be a large voice.

Accordingly, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim.

On May 7, 2013, the Defendant, at around 09:00 on May 7, 2013, 2013, went to the military room by going to the head of the Gun, at the C office on duty, and then, the said G assaulted twice to the face of G by blocking the front of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning G's civil petition handling affairs.
