Defendant
A is a person who has served as D by the Fisheries Cooperatives from August 1, 2008 to May 31, 2012.
1. Around 10:00 on April 23, 2010, the Defendant received KRW 2,000,000 in cash as a honorarium for giving and receiving the loan from the Credit Fisheries Cooperatives F, which is located in Sincheon-si E, and from H, which solicited the loan of land security to G, as soon as possible.
2. On October 30, 2010, the Defendant received KRW 2 million in cash as a honorarium for the purpose of prompt lending from H, which solicited the loan of land security to F, in a mutually influent-type limited restaurant behind the net point of the F, Sejong Fisheries Cooperatives, which was located in Sincheon-si E, at the point of point of occupation, and received it.
3. On November 19, 2010, the Defendant received KRW 3 million in cash as a honorarium in relation to what the Defendant attempted to make a loan to I and J as soon as possible, at the Socheon Registry located at the time of credit, and then accepted it.
4. 5. Around 15:00 on June 24, 201, the Defendant received KRW 5 million in cash as a honorarium for the purpose of making a loan prompt by H, which solicited the lending of land security to M, at the instant coffee shop near the Suncheon-si Ma, the Defendant received KRW 5 million in cash.
6. On December 2, 2011, the Defendant is a honorarium for the grant of a loan from H, who recommended N, a land-backed loan loan to N, in a mutually influor restaurant located in the Hancheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-do.
