A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant shall collect 300,000 won from the wallet in his/her possession, within his/her husband's husband and wife's husband and wife's husband and wife's husband and wife's husband and wife's husband and wife's wife around July 2016;

In addition, from around that time to around January 10, 2018, property equivalent to 440,500 won was stolen as shown in the annexed list of crimes (1).

2. On October 2017, the Defendant infringed upon a residence, theft, and attempted larceny by entering the victim F’s house located in Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, and intruded on the inside, through the entrance of the victim F, the Defendant committed an intrusion on the victim’s house, and committed an attempted theft or attempted theft of KRW 1,320,00 in total, by intrusion upon the victim’s residence, such as the victim’s flood list (2) from around that time to October 29, 2017.

3. On November 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) infringed on a structure at night around the night; (b) opened a entrance and intruded into a ridge container located in Gyeongnam-gun G around the night; and (c) arbitrarily used electricity equivalent to approximately KRW 45,000 in the market price managed by the victim H by means of electricity and electrical electronics for three months; and (d) stolen property worth KRW 275,000,000 in total by intrusion upon each structure managed by the victims at night, such as a part of the daily list of crimes (iii) in attached Form 2, from around that time until January 19, 2018.
