1. The defendant school foundationN is the plaintiff A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N,O, P, and Q, respectively, the plaintiff R, S, and Q.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. AO university operated by Defendant School Foundation N (hereinafter “DefendantN”) introduced to the effect that if a graduate from the department of social welfare management at AO university from the original 2010 new students’ educational program, he/she shall obtain a class 2 social welfare worker qualification without a test. The website of AO university introduced to the effect that he/she shall obtain a class 2 social worker qualification certificate at the time of graduation from the department of social welfare counseling at the time of graduation.

B. On March 2, 2010, the Plaintiffs were admitted to, and graduated from, AO University on February 24, 2012, and graduated from, the Plaintiff, F, I, J, K, L, M, M, N, Q, C, C, D, E, G, H, P (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Plaintiff A, etc.”) obtained 87 credits under the social welfare management division, and graduated from the Plaintiff, AD, AK, S, C, T, U, V, W, X, Y, AB, AE, AE, AE, AF, AF, AH, AI, AI, AJ, AJ, and L ( collectively referred to as “Plaintiff AD, etc.”), after completing 95 credits under the social welfare consultation division.

C. From July 7, 2011 to September 23, 2011, the Board of Audit and Inspection conducted an audit of “the actual condition of guidance and supervision of an insolvent university related to education” (hereinafter “the audit of this case”) with respect to the AO university: (a) the AO university granted 1,424 students for non-performing academic management, such as night reduction classes and non-working of classes from 2006 to 2011; and (b) the 837 graduates were to exclude the credits unfairly granted, even if they did not meet the requirements for graduation, they were aware of the fact that the 837 graduates were granted degrees to the above graduates; and (c) notified this to the Ministry of Education and Science, Science and Technology and demanded the revocation of the unjust credits and degrees.

The Minister of Education, Science and Technology shall require the AO university to take measures to revoke unfair credits and degrees, notify the Minister of Health and Welfare to conduct affairs related to the foregoing unfair credits and revocation of degrees, and require the Minister of Health and Welfare to conduct social workers at the Korea Social Workers Association, an incorporated association (hereinafter referred to as the "Korea Social Workers Association of this case") on March 2, 2012.
