1. The Defendant’s KRW 2 million to the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s 5% per annum from January 3, 2017 to September 12, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Upon graduating from the child welfare department of the above university, the university in charge of the Defendant’s operation promoted to the effect that the university obtained the certificate of qualifications of class 2 child care teachers and class 2 social workers through free examinations, and recruited new students.
B. On March 2, 2009, the Plaintiff entered the Child Welfare Department of C University and graduated from the Department on February 11, 2011. On the date of graduation, the Plaintiff acquired class 2 qualifications for infant care teachers and class 2 qualifications for social workers on February 17, 201, respectively.
C. From July 7, 2011 to September 23, 2011, the Board of Audit and Inspection: (a) conducted an audit on the actual condition of guidance and supervision of an insolvent university related to education (hereinafter “instant audit”); (b) granted 1,424 students due to non-compliance with academic management, such as night reduction classes and non-working of classes from July 2006 to September 201; and (c) among those graduates, 837 graduates discovered the fact that they granted degrees to the above graduates, even if they did not meet the requirements for graduation, and requested the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology to revoke the illegal credits and degree.
Accordingly, on March 2, 2012, the Minister of Education, Science and Technology notified the Minister of Health and Welfare to take measures to cancel unfair credits and degrees, and notified the Korea Social Workers Association of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "Association of Social Workers") which has obtained qualification as social workers of the notification to the Minister of Health and Welfare to cancel the qualification of social workers for graduates from the C college who have obtained qualification as social workers.
The defendant was included in one of the graduates from whom the qualification of social workers was revoked.
E. The Association of Social Workers, on October 12, 2012, failed to complete education that satisfies the qualification criteria in an educational institution prescribed by statutes until October 31, 2014 for graduates subject to the revocation of qualification of social workers, including the Plaintiff.
