Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall capture wild animals or plants within the core area of an ecological landscape and conservation area, and no person who intends to carry on self-net fishery within inland waters shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, from June 1, 2017 to June 7, 2017, the Defendant captured about 5 km fish of 100 species, such as the rocketing, etc., that were inhabited in the mouth, which is the core area for ecological landscape and conservation of the ecological landscape in Gangwon-gun B, Gangwon-gun, and that were 10km of fish species, such as the rocketing, etc., that were inhabited at the river by installing a string of the string (30m in length x height 80cm) on the river.
