Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall capture wild animals or plants in an ecological and landscape conservation core area, and capture aquatic animals or plants in inland waters without obtaining permission from the competent authority.

Nevertheless, from September 17, 2017 to September 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from around 23:00 to around 04:00 to around September 18, 2017, from around C, the core area for ecological and scenery conservation to D, to the Hanwon-gun D, Gangwon-gun; (b) from Lone Star F, such as rubber boats, vehicle exhausters, and charging straws, carried fishing tools into the place of fishing; (c) G adjusted rubber boats; and (d) F, as the place manufactured to connect a vehicle’s ship, carried electricity into water to the place of fishing; and (e) captured fish (the rocketing 17.5 km, the general km 17.2 km gg) by means of drying and drying it with water.

In collusion with F and G, the Defendant captured aquatic animals and plants by using electricity within the core area for the conservation of ecology and landscape of inland waters.
