Defendant

A, on June 4, 2014, the 6th nationwide local election, which was implemented on June 4, 2014, went out after being registered as a preliminary candidate of D head on March 23, 2014, and went out, and Defendant B was a person who was employed as a daily worker in the D military forest income and finance division.

1. Defendant A

A. Around August 23, 2013, the Defendant offered 50,000 won in cash in an envelope to F who visited her house on August 24, 2013, by stating that F will offer money at her house located in Yongnam E, and that F will offer money for the marriage of the tea located in August 25, 2013.

As a result, the defendant wanting to become a candidate for the Do head of the Do and made a contribution to F in the constituency.

B. At around 19:30 on April 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) placed in the Defendant’s election office located in Namnam G “H” restaurant; (b) 3 military residents I, etc., who opened the election office; and (c) 50,000 won drinking and food that ordered the place of the election office; and (d) provided meals with five persons, such as J and K, who opened the election office, and K called the Defendant as the above restaurant; and (b) placed the Defendant together with five persons, including J and J, who ordered the 22,00 won drinking and food.

After the completion of meals, I paid 50,000 won to L who is a restaurant principal, and the Defendant paid 50,000 won out of 50,000 won to L out of the numbers, and 28,000 won out of 50,000 won to I.

As a result, the Defendant provided 22,00 won food to 5 people, such as J, etc. in the constituency, and provided 28,000 won to I, and provided 28,000 won.

2. At around 18:30 on April 11, 2014, Defendant B provided approximately 200,000 won alcohol and food in the “N” restaurant operated by the Defendant’s female M in Jeonnam G, including an O, who is an employee of the “forest tending” as well as D military forest income. The Defendant provided approximately 14 persons, including an O, who is an employee of the “forest tending.”
