Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2012 high-level 911] The Defendant: (a) was an instructor of a private teaching institute; (b) was qualified as an instructor of an Internet private teaching institute for a junior college graduate or for the completion of the second year of a university; and (c) was not a teacher of a private teaching institute prior to the third year of a university; (d) on January 14, 2012, the Defendant visited the Defendant’s office located in D 101, and opened the distribution of lectures after being employed by F at the time of the university’s low-year lecture; and (c) was released to the Defendant’s office, “I inform him of the employment of an illegal teaching institute by a student of the E Foundation C, at the Defendant’s office located in D 101, through the information and communications network for the purpose of 2010 and 301.”
[2012 Highest 1776] The Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that C, an online private teaching institute instructor, did not intentionally retain the academic background, at the Defendant’s house of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H apartment 97 Dong 508, 201
1. Around 14:44 on May 15, 2012, posted a letter stating that “A graduate of an instructor of an online private teaching institute was caused by fraud on the part of a university, who graduated from the university, although he/she had learned from the university,” on his/her four:44;

4. On May 15, 2012, around 15:11, JKaf, reported to the Gangnam-gu Office of Education on the following fact: (a) that he/she graduated from the university that he/she did not graduate from the C University of FRA.
