Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on October 23, 2014, at the Gyeyang Library’s reading room located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon; (b) the victim C set up a mobile phone on his/her book; and (c) the victim C took a theft with the aforementioned mobile phone case where one credit card of the victim’s mother and the victim’s mother bank was attached.

On October 23, 2014, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 16:56, 2014, when purchasing tobacco, etc. at the G convenience store operated by the Victim F in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, the Defendant settled KRW 15,400,00, when purchasing tobacco, etc. from the G convenience store operated by the Victim F in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, and indicating that he had a legitimate right to use the credit card of the stolen-friendly

In addition, from around that day to around 18:09 of the same day, the Defendant settled the purchase price of goods equivalent to KRW 78,200 in total on four occasions, such as the list of offenses, and exempted the payment of the purchase price of goods by a stolen and stolen credit card, thereby acquiring economic benefits equivalent to the same amount and using a stolen credit card.
