[Criminal Power] On September 3, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. by the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 13, 2015 at the Incheon Detention House.

1. Fraud;

A. On January 19, 2015, the Defendant acquired the victim C’s counterpart money and valuables by informing the victim C of the false name of “E” to the victim C who conducted the sales promotion in the vicinity of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon, and by introducing the victim as the stable player belonging to the Incheon Bald professional axis, the Defendant was willing to acquire the money and valuables by gaining access thereto.

On January 25, 2015, the Defendant stated, “The Defendant suspended all bank accounts to leave the country as a part of a day, and paid off the suspended account if he/she borrowed money,” at a place where the location in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City is unknown.”

However, the defendant was not a professional stable player, and there was no intention or ability to repay money from the victim even if he borrowed money from the victim due to no special property or occupation.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim and receiving 60,000 won from the victim’s place of loan, from that time to April 6, 2015, received 16 times in total from the victim as shown in the attached Table 1, including that he/she received 60,000 won from the victim as loan money.

B. The Defendant, as described in paragraph (1), accessed C with C by approaching the victim F counterpart credit card money, thereby inducing C to use the victim’s credit card with knowledge that C was used with the victim F’s mother F’s credit card.

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant stated that “A person who uses a credit card, will pay,” at a place where the location in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City is unknown.

However, the defendant has no special property or occupation.
