1. Facts of recognition;

A. The registration was completed by R and S as sharing one-half of each share of the land before the division with respect to the 38,083 square meters of O forest land in Yong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant land before the division”).

1. The right part on the basis of the line connecting each point in order to indicate the drawing signs 1, 35, 36, 37, 38, and 18 has been owned by R, and the right part on the left part has been possessed and managed by S separately.

B. R died on May 3, 1987, and its rights and obligations were succeeded to the proportion of their respective inheritance shares to the deceased, Defendant D, Defendant D, Defendant D, Defendant N, Defendant N, and deceased W, who are his father, the father of R, and the father of the deceased.

Following the death of T on January 23, 2005, his/her inheritance shares were inherited to Defendant B and Defendant C, his/her children, and the above U died on October 26, 1987 and his/her inheritance shares were inherited to Defendant F, Defendant G, his/her father, and Defendant H, his/her father, who were his/her wife, succeeded to the proportion of his/her inheritance shares.

On July 15, 200, V died, and his heir's share was inherited to Defendant K, L, and M, his wife, and W was deceased on May 20, 2009 without his wife and child, and his heir's share was inherited or inherited by inheritance in proportion to their respective inheritance shares to the above N's heir, Defendant D, and the above U's heir, Defendant I, and the above N's heir.

As above, as a result of the Defendants’ inheritance and inheritance by representation, the final inheritance shares of the Defendants are as stated in the column of the final shares in the list of the inheritance shares in attached Form 3.

C. After S died, on January 3, 2007, the Plaintiff, the grandchild, completed the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the Plaintiff pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership under Article 102 of the Daegu District Court’s Young-gu District Court’s receipt of machinery, such as Young-gu Branch, etc.

The land before the instant partition was carried out is below 7,975 square meters of PP land incorporated into the said construction work.
