1. The part against the plaintiff concerning the following order among the judgment of the court of first instance shall be revoked:
Defendant Republic of Korea.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 14, 1949, N was deceased and becomes the inheritor of the head of NN. Since September 30, 1950, N was declared missing on August 18, 2015 as the life or death of NN was unknown on or after September 30, 1955 and the period of disappearance expired. Accordingly, the Plaintiff and NK became the inheritor of NN as two daughters of NN.
B.O is a person subject to assessment of approximately 1192 square meters of PP forests and fields ( around 3940.49 square meters), AA forest and 416 square meters ( around 1375.20 square meters) and V forest and 274 square meters of forest and fields ( around 905.78 square meters);
C. The inheritance relationship with theO is as follows, and the heir currently surviving (Defendant C, D, F, E, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, and hereinafter “Defendant C, etc.”) and the inheritance shares are as shown in the attached inheritance share calculation table.
1) On April 18, 1968, theO died, and on the inheritance of 6/8, 1968 and 6/8, 1/8, and 1/8, 2) the network W died on April 7, 1968, and the inheritance shares of 6/14, 6/14, 4/14, 4/14, and 2/14, 2/14.
3) The deceased on March 15, 2010, the deceased on March 15, 2010, and the inheritance shares inherited 3/9 of G, the wife’s children, H, the network Z, and I respectively, 2/9. 4) The network Z died on March 15, 2010, and the inheritance shares inherited 3/7 of J, the wife’s children, K, and L, respectively.
