Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2016, at around 15:50, the Defendant driven a DPoter II cargo vehicle owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1km to the entrance road of the village located in the same Eup/Myeon from the front of the Defendant’s house located in the Cheongnam-gun, Busan-do.
