A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:20 on May 18, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven Bextonton car from the front day of the relative class shopping path in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front day of the same city gold-dong gold-dong.
