A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On March 14, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4,500,000 for a fine of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Jinwon District Court’s Jinju Branch on March 14, 201, and on May 26, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime.

[2] On May 6, 2017, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle B in approximately 300 meters away from May 6, 2017 to the road located at approximately 8, 2653 Do in the same Eup/Myeon from the front of the “Industrial Medical Center of the Republic of Korea” located at the center of Busan-gun, Busan-gun, Busan-gun, the Republic of Korea without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle at around 09:20.
